CAM&CONS continues to expand its activities. Cooperation agreement with Sofema Aviation Services has been signed on May 21, 2014. 

 

Sofema Aviation Services will be a strategic partner in the field of training and consultations and that will provide "CAM&CONS" broader services spectrum.

15.02.2014 In February training and consultative center “CAM&CONS”, approved according to EASA Part 147 requirements, launches new service package.

Project of the DISTANCE TRAINING has been launched and it will allow you significantly reduce the costs of personnel training and to be up to date with new technology. The advantage of our programs is that some parts of the course are available both in English and Russian languages and does not limit your time. IMMEDIATELY after the course is completed you will receive certificate by e-mail.

If your company is interested in any other directions that you will not find in this project, please write to us. We will promptly create new training programs that will allow you to gain the necessary knowledge.

Additionally, we would like to offer you to purchase THE WHOLE DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAM with TRAINING PROGRAM PACKAGES relevant to your company and train your personnel on your own, without distracting people from the manufacturing process.

Programmer will adapt the program according your specific needs. SAFETY TRAINING
(a) All personnel should receive safety training as appropriate for their safety management related responsibilities. Such training could be classroom-based or computer-based training. Adequate records of all safety training provided should be kept.

HUMAN FACTORS TRAINER


A competent Human Factors trainer should meet the following criteria:
1. attended training that is at least equivalent to the EASA Part 145 Maintenance Human Factors Initial training syllabus defined in GM 1 145.A.30(e);
2. received instruction in training techniques, and training development compatible with the skills to influence attitudes and behaviours;
3. has worked for a minimum of three years within the aviation industry, or possesses a suitable academic background;
4. has an appropriate level of understanding of Human Factors in the maintenance environment in relation to the organisation’s HF programme ( GM 1 145.A.30(e)).

30.06.2011 - Aviation Training and Consultative centre „CAM&CONS” successfully passed the EASA and LR CAA audit!

On the 30-th of June 2011 European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and LR CAA specialists audited the aviation and consultative centre „СAM&CONS“ as well as other organizations in Lithuania.

28-30.06.2011 - Participation in the meeting of the coordinating council related to the preparation of aviation specialists under the Interstate Aviation Committee.

From the 28-th of June 2011 on the basis of educational institution “Minsk State Higher Aviation College” next (nineteenth) meeting of the Coordination Council under the Interstate Aviation Committee related to the preparation of aviation specialists of states-participants of Agreement on Civil Aviation and use of the airspace was held.
